There is nothing quite like that dopamine hit you get from revisiting a series you grew up with—and in my case, that’ll always be the original Crash Bandicoot games.

If you’re wondering just how many Crash Bandicoot games have come out over the years, here are all the games in their release order.

Crash Bandicoot: All games in release order

Created by Naughty Dog back in 1996, Crash Bandicoot hit the big screen as a PlayStation exclusive. What followed from the late ’90s was Crash Bandicoot’s long history of moving from one home to another. Developers came and went, with different takes of the Bandicoot world, as seen through their lens. Some entries did far better than others, but that was until Radical Entertainment was the last to try its luck at creating a smashing trilogy that replicated the success of the original games.

But Crash grew quiet. His silence lasted for nearly a decade until the Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy rebirthed the love for the franchise in 2017. If you need that reminder of every Crash and Coco that has been and gone, here are all Crash Bandicoot games, ordered by their release.

What was consistent about Crash Bandicoot was its platforming and kart racing elements. These didn’t coincide with one another. Instead, the developer created multiple platforming entries for single players and a racing game for Crash Bandicoot fans to play with family or friends in a co-op setting.

Crash Bandicoot had many releases on handheld devices and mobile besides the mainline releases. These coexisted with the larger console releases and included various developers (different from Crash’s console entries).
