Life is Strange fans, rejoice! Square Enix has confirmed Life is Strange: Double Exposure is on the way, and we’re here to tell you how long you need to wait for the latest entry in the choice-focused adventure series.

LiS: Double Exposure sees the return of Max Caulfield, the protagonist of the first game, who’s now in college—but it wouldn’t be a LiS game without some supernatural goings. Following the murder of her friend, Max opens a parallel timeline where her friend is still alive, and it’s up to you to navigate these timelines and prevent the murder.

Life is Strange Double Exposure release date and time

LiS: Double Exposure will be released on Oct. 29, 2024. Neither Square Enix nor developer Deck Nine Games has confirmed a release time yet, but this will likely be closer to the release date.

We expect Double Exposure to be released at midnight local time, meaning you can get your hands on it when the clock hits midnight in your region. However, this isn’t confirmed.

For now, we’ve set our countdown below to midnight CT on Oct. 29 and will update this article as soon as more information is available.

What platforms will Life is Strange Double Exposure be on?

LiS: Double Exposure releases on PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Like several games due to release this year, Double Exposure is only available on current-gen consoles, so PS4 and Xbox One users will need to upgrade their hardware to play.
