‘Airplane seat choice’ NYT Mini clue answer

AISLE” solves the four down clue in today’s NYT Mini Crossword word game.

For only five letters, “aisle” features three unique vowels—including two consecutively at the beginning—and shops tend to alert employees that they need to clean up a certain aisle. Walking down the aisle at a wedding is common, and the solution starts with “a.”

‘Airplane seat choice’ clue difficulty rating

Again, I’m not entirely sure the clue and answer pair up too well, but the connection is there, and you could get the answer through a process of elimination. Iprefer the window seat as I love the view! Regardless, I still think it’s tricky, so I’m slapping a four out of five rating on this clue.
