The Era8.5 update gave Jake and Lime a vacation for the Summer event in Sol’s RNG. Aside from the new Auras, Gear, and items, you can talk to them on the beach to get some quests, and limited-time Auras, and receive awesome rewards.
All Lime and Jake quests in Sol’s RNG and how to complete them
Jake and Lime will give you a total of three quests, and as usual, you’ll need to roll a lot to complete them. You’ll have to get eight Auras in total, buy a Rainbow Syrup from the Traveling Merchant Mari, and collect Lucky Potions from the ground or brew them with Stella’s Cauldron.
Quest | Reward | Reward explanation |
---|---|---|
Give Lime an Aquamarine | Marine Amulet | Gives Coolness effect (plus 30 percent luck until event is over.) |
Give three Solar and one Rage: Heated to Jake | One Tide Gauntlet | Gives Tide Power (you can roll roll rainy auras in their native rarity regardless of biome every bonus roll) and Sea Blessing (plus 50 percent Luck.) |
Give a Hwachae drink. Recipe: blend one Permafrost, two Watermelon, one Rainbow Syrup, and 100 Lucky Potions | Surfer and 10 Rainbow Ice | Surfer is an Aura and Rainbow Ice gives a plus 100 percent luck buff and a plus 25 percent roll speed buff for one hour when consumed. |
Collecting everything might take a while, especially the last quest and the Watermelon Aura, which was introduced to the game with the Era8.5 update. Here’s the rarity of all the Auras you need to get to complete all Lime and Jake quests in Sol’s RNG:
- Aquamarine: One in 900 rarity.
- Solar: One in 50,000 rarity or one in 5,000 during the day.
- Rage: Heated: One in 12,800 rarity.
- Permafrost: One in 73,500 rarity or one in 24,500 in Snowy weather.
- Watermelon: One in 320,000 rarity.
The main difficulty is getting three Solar and two Watermelon. If you have found an Aquamarine, Solars, and the other Auras before but don’t have them in your inventory, you can go to settings by clicking on the cog icon on the left side of the screen and open the Aura Filter option. Then scroll down and click on the blank square next to the Aura line to enable “Auto Equip Mode.” This will guarantee you won’t lose these Auras when you roll them in Sol’s RNG, especially if you have auto skip enabled.
The Rainbow Syrup requires you to spend a lot of coins, and the Lucky Potions will take some time to collect if you don’t have the recipe or use Macros to speed up the process, so keep walking around to find spawned items.
