Snap’s July 2024 season, Maximum Effort, is themed all around Deadpool and his shenanigans, as Second Dinner confirmed in a new dev video today. The season pass card is a multiverse variant of Spider-Man’s girlfriend Gwen Stacey crossed with Deadpool, and she’s named Gwenpool. Three more cards will come throughout the season, but that’s not all.

Marvel Snap’s July season is an eventful one. Not only does it add four new Deadpool-centric cards (Gwenpool, Hydra Bob, Ajax, and Cassandra Nova) throughout the month, but there are also a couple of new events and features coming as well. Although the cards for the season were leaked in April, there’s still a bunch of newfound content to come.

From July 9 to 22, an exclusive Wolverine variant will be available as a Twitch drop, and an all-new mode called Deadpool’s Diner kicks off on July 23, where players can bet a currency called Bubs to go “all in” and try to climb the ranks. After that, there are weekly login rewards that begin on July 26, including a new Deadpool variant.

It continues, though, just like Wade Wilson running his mouth. A Refer-a-Friend event kicks off on July 26, the same day as the release of the movie, and the new clan-like Alliances feature begins on July 30.

The new season begins tomorrow with Gwenpool and Hydra Bob (Spotlight Cache), while Ajax, Copycat, and Cassandra Nova (Deadpool’s Diner reward) will follow each week.
