What are the Bloomburrow Commander Precon decks?
The MTG Standard-legal launch of Bloomburrow includes four preconstructed Commander decks, featuring two and three-color combos.
- Squirreled Away: In the colors Black and Green, this Commander deck showcases Squirrels and token strategies.
- Peace Offering: In the colors Green, White, and Blue, this Commander deck leans into counters and the new Gift mechanic within the Bloomburrow set.
- Family Matters: In the colors Blue, Red, and White, this Commander deck has Go-Wide strategies I think will include a touch of Aggro.
- Animated Army: In the colors Red and Green, this Commander deck taps into Gruul Stomp themes.
Family Matters Bloomburrow Commander decklist
The Family Matters Commander decklist includes Planeswalkers like Elspeth, Sun’s Champion and creatures like Skyclave Apparition.
Zinnia, Valley’s Voice is a powerful go-wide commander using the new Bloomburrow mechanic, Offspring. All creature spells you cast have Offspring Two. Within the MTG colors Blue, Red, and White, the possibilities of overwhelming your opponents are endless.
Peace Offering Bloomburrow Commander decklist
The Peace Offering Commander decklist features the Planeswalker Tamiyo, Field Researcher and creatures like Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse.
Ms. Bumbleflower is a unique commander within the Peace Offering Precon. The Rabbit Citizen doesn’t use the Gift mechanic directly but can benefit an opponent while providing value to your deck at the same time.
Squirreled Away Bloomburrow Commander decklist
The Squirreled Away Bloomburrow Commander Precon decklist features Garruk, Cursed Huntsman as the Planeswalker in the deck, along with creatures like Chatterfang, Squirrel Genterl, and Toski, Bearer of Secrets.
Hazel of the Rootbloom is a token enabler within the Squirrel Away Commander deck. Tokens are created at the beginning of your end step, and if it’s a Squirrel, you get two copies. You can then pay two life and tap Hazel to use those tokens as mana dorks.
Animated Army Bloomburrow Commander decklist
The Animated Army decklist includes Planeswalkers like Domri, Anarch of Bolas and creatures like Etali, Primal Storm.
Bello, Bard of the Brambles is the most interesting face commander of all the Bloomburrow Commander decks. The Raccoon Bard turns Artifacts that aren’t Equipment and Enchantments that aren’t Auras into 4/4 creatures with Indestructible and Haste. And when they deal damage through combat, you get to draw a card.
What is in a Bloomburrow Commander deck?
Bloomburrow will have 15 new-to-Magic cards in each preconstructed Commander deck. Much like past Precon Commander decks, you’ll get 100 single-copy playable cards with treatments, tokens, and a box to hold it all.

What are Bloomburrow Commander deck preorder prices?
Heading into Bloomburrow spoiler season, all Commander decks have a preorder price of $47.99 on Amazon. An option to purchase all four is available as well, priced at $189.20. Prices of preorders are subject to change once the preview season starts and when the full MTG Commander decklists are revealed.
