As the eighth season of Fortnite: Battle Royale begins, some of the game’s vehicles and items have been vaulted for the foreseeable future.
The X-4 Stormwing airplane, Shopping Cart, All Terrain Kart, Chiller Grenade, and Sneaky Snowman have all been vaulted with the launch of season eight. The removal of those three vehicles leaves just the Driftboard and Quadcrasher as the only remaining vehicles in the game.

The Shopping Cart was the first vehicle to ever make its way into the game after being introduced in patch 4.30 in May 2018. The All Terrain Kart was the second vehicle in the game with its arrival at the beginning of season five in July 2018.
It’d be tough to find too many people praising the X-4 Stormwing, though. The plane, introduced at the beginning of season seven, was the first aerial vehicle—and it was certainly polarizing. Many players felt it was too overpowered and gave too much of an advantage.
Luckily for the players who felt that way, they won’t have to deal with the airplane in the upcoming season. There will likely be something else, however, that becomes disliked by the majority of the player base—but it’s unclear what that item will be at this time.
